TRACK LIFTING AT OLDLAND COMMON - 1969 - by Alan Hireson.
In the late 1960's the Western Region of British Railways lifted one of the tracks on the Mangotsfield to Bath line, turning it into a 'long siding' from Yath.  Alan has the photographs of this happening at Oldland.

CLOSURE OF WARMLEY SIGNAL BOX - DECEMBER 1968 by Alan Hireson.
Again, previously unpublished photographs of Warmley level crossing, show a freight passing through the day after the box was closed.
